Trinamool Congress national general secretary Abhishek Banerjee launched a sharp attack on the BJP during a rally in Jaynagar, predicting the fall of the BJP government shortly after the June 1 voting.

Addressing the crowd, Banerjee stated, "Those who go to vote on June 1 should keep in mind that on the third day of their voting, the BJP government will fall and a new government will be formed.The public is going to take account of all the atrocities committed by the Central Government on West Bengal."
